Born and raised in Baltimore, Derrick's passion for photography ignited in high school. However, it was in college, through a digital photography class, that his enthusiasm truly flourished. This course opened his eyes to new possibilities in the field, and since then, he has never looked back. He purchased his first camera during this period and began using his iPod as an additional tool for capturing images, appreciating its ease of use and the advancements in camera technology. For Derrick, creativity has no limits, and he continues to explore and innovate in his photographic journey.
